HCCA Financial Aid Program
The Harvest City Christian Academy (HCCA) Financial Aid Program offers partial tuition relief to current HCCA families who are significantly affected by a season of financial hardship. This needs-based support is intended to temporarily assist low-income households or bridge the gap during short-term financial setbacks for families experiencing sudden changes such as job loss, medical emergencies, or other significant life events that impact their ability to meet full tuition expenses.
FAST – Financial Aid for School Tuition
A limited amount of funds is made available each year for financial aid. To assist in distributing funds as broadly and equitably as possible, HCCA utilizes a needs-based financial analysis service called FAST—Financial Aid for School Tuition, powered by ISM®.
Families applying for assistance must complete a financial needs assessment through FAST, which includes an income verification process. Tax forms, including 2025 T1 General Forms, T4 slips (for all parents/guardians in the family), and other supporting documents (if applicable), will be requested as part of the income verification process.
The results from the assessment are reviewed by our Financial Aid Committee, which determines the amount of tuition relief granted.
There is a $60 USD non-refundable application fee to process each application, payable by credit card (e.g. MasterCard, VISA).

Additional Considerations
Harvest City Christian Academy believes families should invest in their child’s education before elective expenses (e.g. secondary home ownership, club memberships, expensive vehicle or recreational vehicle leases/purchases, elaborate vacations/travel); therefore, such factors will be considered when assessing eligibility for financial aid.
In the case of divorce or separation, HCCA requires both parents to file an application for tuition assistance. In unique circumstances, please contact the Financial Aid Coordinator for assistance.
We value every one of our students and families. For this reason, the HCCA Financial Aid Program aims to offer support to low-income households and to help bridge gaps caused by unexpected financial hardships. Please note that financial aid is designed to offer short-term support rather than serve as a long-term solution. It is designed to assist families while they adjust their financial planning and develop a sustainable plan to meet the full cost moving forward. We work hard to keep our tuition as affordable as possible within our community, which means our ability to provide long-term financial assistance is limited.
