Admission Procedure for Harvest City Christian Academy

Admission Procedure

  1. Contact the school for more information:  Our staff are happy to answer any questions you may have and provide you with more detailed information regarding our school and application process. Once we know what grades you are interested in, we can direct you better with next steps.  Please fill out our Contact Me Form with your information and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
  2. Complete the Application Package:  This includes the Application Form, the Tuition Form, the Reference Form, and the Standard of Conduct Form.  These should be brought to the school office, accompanied by the student’s previous report card, birth certificate, etc. either prior to your scheduled interview time, or to the interview.
  3. Interview: Once all of your paperwork has been reviewed, you will receive a call from the Principal to schedule an interview .
  4. Application Processing:  Once the student(s) are accepted based on whether we feel the student(s) and Harvest City Christian Academy are a good fit, the registration deposit will be due immediately.  The amount of the registration deposit is $50.00/student or $100.00/family.   5. Fill Out Remaining Forms:  Once you have been accepted, all remaining forms in the Final Registration Packet must be completed and brought to the school office at your earliest convenience.
  6. Read Student Handbook: You will be given a student handbook which should be read thoroughly.
  7. Transfer of Academic Records:  The Academy will arrange for your child’s previous academic records to be transferred to Harvest City Christian Academy.
  8. Purchase supplies:  Before your child begins attending HCCA, you will need to acquire the necessary school supplies.
